Terms of service

Get Found Labs is a brand operated by Calquity Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62099WB2024PTC272030; GSTIN: 19AALCC9904F1ZD), with its registered office at 6 Garstin Place, Suite 501, Kolkata 700001, West Bengal, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Calquity Technologies Private Limited, and “you” means the person or business using our services.

By using any Get Found Labs service, including the free AI Visibility Score, or by paying for one, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our services are designed for businesses, self-employed professionals and organisations. By using them you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer.

• Free AI Visibility Score: An automated check of how readily AI assistants and crawlers can find, read and trust your website, shown on the page at no charge. It is an informational snapshot, not a certification.
• Full Report ($39): A written review of your website, Google Business Profile, social profiles and AI search visibility, with prioritised recommendations, prepared by a person and sent by email.
• Content Engine ($299 a month; first 3 months $297 in total, paid upfront): 10 social media posts a month for one platform (LinkedIn or Instagram), with caption, hashtags and image direction, reviewed by a person, with up to 2 edit rounds a month. You publish the posts.
• Strategy Session ($99): A 60-minute online working session on your website and profiles, with a ranked action list and a recording. The $99 is credited against any implementation project you later hire us for.

What each service includes is described on its page at the time you buy it.

Prices are in US dollars and are payable in full, in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited for Calquity Technologies Private Limited, and the charge may appear on your statement under that name. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

The Content Engine costs $297 for the first 3 months, paid upfront. From month 4 it continues at $299 a month, billed monthly until you cancel.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver a paid service as set out in our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with a payment, please email us before contacting your bank. If a chargeback is raised for a service we delivered, we may contest it and suspend further services.

• Free score: shown on the page, usually within about a minute.
• Full Report: we aim to send it within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
• Content Engine: onboarding within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire; posts delivered on the 1st of each month.
• Strategy Session: right after payment we email you to ask for times that suit you within the next 4 days.

A service is delivered when we send it to the email address you gave us, or when the session takes place. Delivery times are targets and depend on you giving us accurate details and any information we ask for. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information from you do not count as a failure to deliver.

• Give us accurate information about your business, and only request services for a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• Review every post and recommendation before you use it. You decide what to publish and what to change, and you are responsible for it, including its accuracy and its compliance with the law and with each platform’s rules.
• Keep your own accounts, website and data secure and backed up. We do not need, and will not ask for, your passwords.

Our work refers to services we do not control, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Google, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, LinkedIn, Instagram and the third-party service that runs the free score’s website checks. Their answers, rankings, rules and availability change over time and are outside our control. We are not responsible for what they show, say or do.

We give analysis and recommendations. We do not guarantee any outcome, including being mentioned or recommended by any AI tool, search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or social media performance. Results depend on your business, your market and what you do with our recommendations.

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information, or request a service for a business you do not own or represent;
• resell, reproduce or reverse-engineer our reports, methods or software;
• use our services for anything unlawful, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000; or
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our reports, templates, software and methods belong to us. Once you have paid in full, you may use the deliverables (reports and posts) for your own business, and publish delivered posts on your own channels. You may not resell or sublicense them without our written consent. You allow us to use the information you give us only to provide the services.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties other than those expressly stated in these terms, and we do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation or data, however caused.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from information you gave us, content you publish, or your breach of these terms.

We may refuse, suspend or end a service if you breach these terms, misuse our services or act abusively. Where we end a paid service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the part you have paid for and not received.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting, payment or third-party AI services, natural events or government action. We will deliver as soon as reasonably possible afterwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from our services. Please email us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not affect services you have already paid for.
